Performance & Wellness Coordinator
Position Summary
The Performance & Wellness Coordinator will serve primarily in a front desk and patient support role — ensuring that every patient interaction reflects the highest standards of hospitality. This role is ideal for someone with a background in customer service, hospitality, or client experience, who takes pride in creating an environment where patients feel valued, cared for, and supported in their wellness journey.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Patient Experience
- Greet patients with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for their visit.
- Answer phones, manage emails, and assist with scheduling and rescheduling appointments.
- Support patient check-in, check-out, payments, and recurring billing.
- Coordinate patient flow to create a smooth, stress-free experience.
- Ensure frequency changes, new patient set-ups, and x-ray transfers are handled with care and accuracy.
Clinical & Wellness Support
- Be trained to assist with digital X-rays, posture scans, nerve scans, and thermal (FLIR) scans.
- Support the doctor during exams and provide patients with guidance on therapies.
- Assist in therapies including decompression, PEMF, Shockwave, sauna, and red light.
- Help maintain a clean, professional environment, including laundry and clinic upkeep.
Qualifications
- Background in hospitality or customer service with a proven record of delivering high-level experiences.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn office software.
- Previous healthcare or wellness experience a plus, but not required — training provided.

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
